| The Couples Intimacy Enrichment Program has been developed to strengthen and grow both emotional and
physical intimacy between two people in a committed relationship.
If you are experiencing difficulties in your ability to express yourself verbally and/or physically (sensually), if sex
has become boring or mechanical, or desire for your lover has waned, then the Couples Intimacy Enrichment
Program is for you.
The Couples Intimacy Enrichment Program will:
- Improve communication between you and your lover
- Increase physical affection and sensual connectedness
- Enhance sexual desire
- Address sexual dysfunctions (erectile problems, orgasm, premature/delayed Ejaculation, difficulties with
- Expand sexual confidence
- Build sexual variety
This is an 10 session program that requires a time commitment from both partners. It is most successful with
weekly sessions. Each session builds upon the other with in-between session assignments created to enhance
your emotional and sexual relationship. Drawing upon Master's & Johnson's research, this program incorporates
Sensate Focus and Mindfulness practices. Many skills you learn during this program will help you manage the
stresses and anxiety of daily living.
